With all the major manufacturers at Le Mans these days, it’s easy to forget that in the 1950’s and 1960’s smaller brands could get a wild hair, beaver away in a warehouse somewhere, and stand a legit chance of winning against the biggest names on earth. And in the 1950’s a plucky English manufacturer did just that, by tapping into the most forward-thinking technology of the time, namely disc brakes, radial tires, and the most advanced racing wheel construction techniques available.
Our "Wheel Series" of tees celebrates iconic road wheels from motoring history. Those lightweight round things that can make or break the lines of a car, whether its speeding by on a twisty 2-lane or parked up on the curb out front. Each design is produced in limited quantities, so when they're gone they're gone.
